  1. I think we are taught to hide our anxiety and I know first hand that when we bottle things up it can have a major impact on our health. These tips are so helpful. I love the Yoga with Adriene videos on YouTube and I always feel better after a good workout!

    1. Yes, that’s a good point; there’s shame and stigma attached to mental health, even for something universal like anxiety. Then people feel they have to hide it, which only makes it worse. Thanks for sharing, Jill.
