Spring is quickly becoming my favourite season because after our long and seemingly neverending winters in Canada (especially this year) a bit of spring rain, warming temperatures and blooming flowers is so needed!
Self-care is essential to our wellbeing and since spring is the time for lovely transformations it’s the perfect time to refresh your self-care routine or to start a new simple routine for the season ahead and beyond.

1. Schedule Self-Care Time:
