  1. This post made me smile Martha! I love all of your self-care ideas here and springtime is so welcomed here in southern Ohio, although we just had a random frost this morning, haha, it’s been in the 70s though which makes my heart happy. I am a firm believer in scheduling downtime and that it’s as important as appointments too, and saying no more often honestly changed my life over the past few years. It was such a hard adjustment (recovering people-pleaser!), but it was so well worth it for my mental health.

Wishing you a wonderful rest of your week, my dear friend!

  2. Lots of lovely ideas here! I am excited to go to a nature reserve and see some beautiful wildlife, I’d also like to go out for ice cream one day ☺️

  3. I love these self care ideas! I’m planning on starting an herb and lettuce garden this spring. I think it’s going to be therapeutic. I’m also looking forward to long bike rides!
